Series I Digital Pump

Product description The Series I pump is designed for applications where high performance and a low price are required. The single-piston pump uses a digital stepper drive and rapid refill to deliver performance similar to that of a dual-piston pump. The optimized fluid path and simplified design keep the cost low. The design also lets you change the entire liquid end at the price most companies charge for a set of seals and check valves. The extensive use of high-performance plastics and housing materials assures long life in laboratory environments. The pump is can be incorporated easily into any analytical instrument and requires less than one square foot of bench space. The LED display can provide additional information when the pump is controlled through its standard RS-232 port. High performance at a low cost The Series I pump uses new manufacturing techniques and proven fluidics to give the highest performance at the lowest cost. Wide flow rate range The Series I operates from 0.01 mL/min. 10 mL/min. at pressure ratings to 2500 psi; or from 0.1-40 mL/min. (650 psi), allowing both analytical and small-scale preparative applications. Saves bench space The Series I requires only 6-1/2 inches by 10 inches deep of valuable bench space. Fully biocompatible PEEK, ceramic, and other inert fluid path materials ensure a wide range of solvent compatibility while protecting labile samples. Positive seal-washing standard The exclusive self-flush head extends seal life dramatically by removing salts and wetting the seal. Easy maintenance The completely disposable head assembly can be changed in seconds at the price similar to seals and check valves in most pumps. Flexible advanced control The Series I is RS-232C control-compatible and operates with simple commands from any terminal or computer program. The best performance per money spent The Series I introduces a new class of HPLC pumps capable of use in critical metering applications and all isocratic HPLC applications where pressure above 2500 psi is not required. All SSI pumps include a 3-year warranty. |
Standard Features
