High Pressure Gradient at Low Pressure Cost

The Q-Grad Pump provides high-pressure quaternary gradients for HPLC applications.  Four high-performance pumps are packaged into a single cabinet. The result is high-pressure gradient capability that is more accurate and more economical than low-pressure mixing systems.

Reliability and Simplicity

The Q-Grad Pump uses a very efficient pulse damper mixer to ensure high performance gradients.  A prime-purge valve and upper and lower pressure limits are also standard.  All SSI pumps carry a 3-year warranty.

Integrates Into Automated Systems

External synchronization from an injector  or autosampler may be enabled using standard TTL or contact closures. When part of a Unity system, the Q-Grad is fully integrated into the control package.

Choose Your Control Method

Three methods of control are available:

1.        Stand-alone keypad (System Control Unit);

2.        PC using SSI Q-Grad software;

3.        EZStart system control and data acquisition gives control of the Q-Grad pump, detector, and autosampler with EZChrom software.

All have Run/Stop inputs and real-time pressure monitoring.  Each option is designed to be user friendly.  You choose the interface that fits your needs.

Unmatched Gradient Performance

High pressure mixing of gradients eliminates the common problems associated with low pressure gradients of solvent degassing, pre pump mixing volume and different solvent compressibilities.  The result is high-precision gradients with all solvents.
