SSI introduces a new addition to its Series I high pressure, precision positive displacement piston pump. The flow rate range is from 10 µL per minute to 5 mL/min. with pressure up to 6000 psi. The use of a continuous self-flushing of the high-pressure seal dramatically increases seal life. The Series I pump is available in stainless steel or PEEK. The pump is ideally suited for high-pressure precision metering applications where precision and low pulsation is required. A common application is in post column or flow injection analysis systems. The pump has RS 232 or simple keypad control and a digital stepper drive for precise flows and pressures.
